  • Minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • All jewelry items are checked for quality before delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED/BHD

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Customization

  • Customized or engraved items require full payment before production.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

  • Production time for customized jewelry may vary depending on design.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery within the UAE and international shipping depending on location.

  • Delivery times depend on courier service and destination.

  • Qalb-e-Arab is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Customers have 15 days to return or exchange items (non-used, original condition).

  • Customized or engraved jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after inspection.

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

7. Warranty

  • Some items may include a craftsmanship warranty; details will be provided at purchase.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery address.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logo, and designs of Qalb-e-Arab are the property of the store.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Qalb-e-Arab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing.

  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without permission.
